Neil R. Armstrong

Neil has over 20 years of experience in the Medical Device Industry gained on three continents. A former Group Regulatory Affairs Manager with a major US-based multinational, Neil has represented both companies and industry to trade and governmental organizations in the US and EU.

Neil is an active member of the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society and Regulatory Affairs Certified in the U.S.A. In the U.K., Neil is a member of The Organization for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs (TOPRA), a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Institution of Electrical Engineers. Neil gained a first degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bristol in the U.K. and is also a registered European Engineer. Neil is Chair of the Institute of Quality Assurance's Medical Device Special Interest Group, a member of the RAPS Ethics Committee and the TOPRA Board.
